Minorities in Publishing is a monthly interview-format podcast where author & industry professional Jennifer Baker discusses the everyday expectations & concerns of underrepresented professionals working in/associated with publishing. In addition to shedding light on the greater systemic issues of representation, guests discuss their trajectories and personal experiences in their respective field as well as share information of what to expect as a creator or professional in publishing. Featured guests include VPs, editors, literary agents, marketers, managing editors, bestselling authors/illustrators, and more.
