This past weekend I participated in the Cookie Takedown 2013 (Sunday edition) and went to Cookie Swap NYC where funds were donated to support City Harvest. The past couple days were an all-around, sugary-filled time.

Ice Cream Takedown 2013

The latest Takedown, of the ice cream variety, happened on Sunday, July 7th. It was humid. People were sweating. And there was ice cream and free cocktails, two of the few things to get me to leave my apartment and the a/c to trek to Brooklyn.
